My recent experience with Tri Town was great. I moved into an apartment and instantly noticed there was practically no air flow for my heating and air conditioning. I was running my a/c on full blast, but the temperature in my apartment was rising all the way to 80 degrees.
Ruben walked me through everything, did what he could to fix my situation and make the place bearable to live in, and laid out a great plan of what we do next in case this current fix isn't sufficient during the hot part of the summer.
I would confidently recommend Tri Town to anyone. They did a great job and I was left impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of their work. I am grateful for their help, especially to Ruben, who really went above and beyond.

We've used Tri Town three different times now, twice for our AC and once for a clogged drain.  Every time we have been extremely happy with them, they've gone above and beyond each time, not only fixing our problem, but showing us how to prevent them in the future ( like cleaning our AC unit ourselves).  I cannot recommend them enough!

Our air conditioner stopped working and I called many companies to try and get it fixed.  I could barely get anybody else to call me back and the ones that did couldn't get out for nearly a week.  Tri Town had somebody out the same day and had our air conditioner working not long after.  Our neighbor was having the same issue and we recommended Tri Town to him.  I appreciate that the service was great and quick!

We do work with Tri Town Plumbing often and we are so appreciative of their knowledge and expertise! Recently our AC unit went out on a 90 degree+ day. Our house was so uncomfortably hot! The owner, Jeremy, was able to come out that day and help us get it working again. I so appreciated his prompt attention, good work, and friendly personality. I cannot say enough good things about Tri Town Plumbing and Heating in one review. The fact they offer Flat Rate Pricing is huge because you know exactly what you are going to pay, unlike some of the other companies who start to nickel and dime you to death. Also when looking at ONLY A FEW negative reviews, please remember there are always two sides to every experience...which considering how long they have been in business, I am sure they have many satisfied customers so please do not let those reviews weigh your decision. Give them a chance. They are so worth it. I give them 5 STARS all the way!

I would like to thank "John" for coming and fixing the leaking hose bib that Les had repaired about 10 days earlier and found to have been leaking heavily into our crawl space!! I believe he fixed the problem correctly this time and appreciate his professional service. We are in our 60's my husband is disabled, I have both bad knees & shoulder. It's terrible if not impossible for us to get down there so we rely on this type of help, thanks John.

Tri Town plumbing provided great customer service when my blower fan went down on a Sunday afternoon. My first call was to Tri Town plumbing on a Sunday at 6:30pm. They answered the phone on the first call which I thought for sure was going to be a lost cause on a Sunday night. They answered the phone and Jeremy was at the house the next day on his way back from Denver. He was very courteous, professional and easy to talk to. I should him my problem and we discussed a couple of different scenarios and costs. He was able to solve the problem in the most cost effective manner and get the AC back up and running the next day. I would highly recommend Tri Town for your heating and cooling needs. I put his business card on my furnace for all future problems that occur.

It was a hot, hot day in July..........and, oh my gosh, the air conditioner went out. The first person I called was Jeremy at Tri-Town Plumbing and Heating..... that was at 7:30 am and by 11:30 am......cool city again!!! Tri -Town plumbing was referred to me by First American Home warranty. The first plumber that i was referred was Royalty Plumbing and after 4 to 5 weeks of schedule changes and 1 full day of sorry i will still be another hour or two i assumed that they didn't want my business so i started the process all over again. After several days of contact with Tri-Town they sent out Lester Lemay to my condo and he fixed 3 issues in a timely manner. Lester and the appointment setters for Tri-Town were all very helpful and I will use them in the future. Lester was very patient and old school customer service and not arrogant and/or trying to up sell me something that I didn't need. Thank you Tri-Town and good luck with your business.

These guys are great. They are super honest and do great work. We had Les out to fix a finicky leaky drain that took a few different tries to get fully resolved. He was friendly and patient and started with the most conservative approach to the problem doing his best to minimize cost all the way.
